01 - About Quinnipiac Strength & Conditioning

Quinnipiac's Strength & Conditioning team supports the NCAA Division 1 athletes throughout their seasons and beyond. Each student-athlete is given an individualized program designed to improve core strength, speed, balance, and flexibility. The team ensures that all areas of performance enhancement are covered and that the training is balanced among all components.

​- Photographed, filmed, and edited content for NCAA Division I teams during workouts (Hockey, Acro & Tumbling, Rugby, etc).
- Collaborated with staff and coaches to create and promote informational posts and videos for social accounts.​​​​
